Consultation Requirements
All Dream Hair Treatment services require a consultation prior to booking.
This allows us to assess hair condition, suitability, and expected results.
Deposits
A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. One reschedule is permitted. Late cancellations or failure to reschedule within the required notice period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals & No‑Shows
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on scheduling availability. No‑shows automatically forfeit the deposit.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, expertise, and customised nature of our services, completed salon services are non‑refundable. Hair products may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
Hair Condition & Eligibility
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone a service if the hair condition is unsuitable, damaged, or compromised. Following pre‑appointment instructions is the client’s responsibility.
Results Disclaimer
Results may vary based on hair history, previous treatments, and aftercare maintenance. Proper home care instructions must be followed to maintain the best results.
Aftercare & Maintenance
Clients will receive aftercare guidance after the treatment. Failure to follow maintenance instructions may affect the longevity of results.
Photography & Media
We may take before‑and‑after photos for educational and promotional purposes. By booking, clients grant permission for use unless a written request to decline is made before the appointment.
